Financial Policy
Our office operates on a fee for service basis. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For patients who have insurance, we will file your insurance for you at the time of payment. Insurance will reimburse you directly based on your specific plan and associated benefits.
Hours
Monday- Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm these are administrative hours for scheduling appointments and financial assistance/concerns.
